The focus is on a sustainable, produce-led menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and supports small-scale producers who share the same commitment to thoughtful sourcing.
Art has always been an important part of the team’s identity, which is why the restaurant was named after the artist Constantin Brancusi. His creative spirit and dedication to simplicity and beauty felt like a natural reflection of what Brancusi aims to bring to the dining experience.
Open everyday for breakfast and brunch and on evenings Thursday through to Monday for a dinner menu led by head chef Lewis Murray.
