The good news is that, after working on this since January, we’ve got the support we need to get started on producing the first Book of York.
We are committed to supporting and promoting independents and delivering tangible results. We are well aware that affordability and value are fundamental so we have produced an exclusive independent print and digital package.
As well as the full profile page in the book, where each copy is read on average by 6 people, we are including an online offer across social media and web. This is to increase awareness of your brand and drive customers through your door. This package is also available for entertainment and cultural venues.
How much does it cost?
The cost of each page is £275 + VAT, which equals £330. You can pay in one go or in four monthly instalments of £82.50 (including VAT) at no extra cost.
FREE digital pack worth over £400:
To give added value to our independents, we’ve created an exclusive package worth £400 that we’re including free of charge:
- A fully editable online profile (normal rate £59.95 per annum)
- Instagram and Facebook gallery (normal rate £200)
- Instagram and Facebook story (normal rate £100)
- 6 professional photos of your business (normal rate £50 per hour)
* Limited availability – 140 businesses over the 3 sections: Food and Drink, Entertainment and Culture, Shopping and Lifestyle.
When is the book released?
The book is out Easter 2020. However, sign up now and we’ll get straight onto producing your FREE digital pack!
How many copies of the book will be printed?
We will be printing a minimum of 50,000 copies but with the help of city sponsors, we hope to print a lot more. Keep your eyes on our social to see who in the city is supporting the project.
Where will it be distributed?
The book will be free, and available in a comprehensive mix of locations, to be agreed with city partners, such as: hotels, universities, visitor attractions, independent businesses and transport hubs. This will allow the book to reach a diverse cross section of venues and people.
